Job Summary Statement The incumbent will be responsible for the sales for technical services, valve instrument repairs as well as Instrument Installation services. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Senior Management within customer accounts to ensure awareness of business capabilities.
Minimum Requirements ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
• Trade Test (Instrumentation) and National Diploma (Instrumentation)

EXPERIENCE:
• At least three to five years Process Plant maintenance experience
• Three or more years Instrumentation project experience
• Three or more years Instrument Sales experience

Duties & Responsibilities • Achieve company, department and personal sales and revenue targets
• Determine customer needs and effectively market service capabilities , including installation solutions
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers
• Annual, Monthly, weekly forecasts, opportunities and reporting to Management
• Interfacing with all sales areas any direct sales opportunities or issues are evident with a specific customer to ensure relationship management
• Perform instrument and valve service activities as and when required to enhance service offering to customer
• Interface with Financial infrastructure to resolve queries
• Follow established departmental policies, procedures and objectives, assuring continuous quality improvement & safety awareness
