Business Development Manager Cape Town & Durban (ICT & Surveillance)

Min Qualifications:

  • 2 years + experience in the security surveillance or ICT industry
  • Solid sales experience with a proven track record


  • Develops, negotiates, and implements partnerships with companies, and other relationships by performing the following duties:
    • Key corporate/Enterprise projects
    • National key accounts
    • New Channel, Market and Product Opportunities
    • New Business Units/initiatives
  • Working in partnership R – MD’s to retain, develop ad win new business opportunities nationally and in Africa
  • To develop relevant market intelligence to ensure that we know ensure that we know our strategic/key customers and what they want to purchase
  • To work with Product Specialists to develop new products and take proactive approach to sales
  • To drive alignment and synergy development between the businesses ensuring consistency and the maximization of opportunity


  • Develop and maintain relationships with key product suppliers
  • To chair the product committee


  • To drive the development and refinement of a clear, focused and effective product ad marketing strategy
  • To fulfil an integral role within the Exec, contributing to policy and strategy to improve quality and performance
